We collect minimal data to provide our newsletter service:

• -Email address — Required to send you our weekly job digest
• -Subscription date — When you signed up
• -Email engagement — Whether emails were delivered and opened (via Resend)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This helps us improve the experience for everyone.

We only track if you consent. When you first visit, you'll see a cookie banner. If you click "Accept", we'll use Google Analytics. If you click "Decline", no tracking occurs.

Analytics data collected includes: pages visited, time on site, country, device type, and referral source. This data is anonymous and aggregated.

Links in our newsletter emails include UTM parameters (like utm_source=newsletter) so we can see which job categories are most popular. This helps us curate better content. No personal data is attached to these clicks.

Our blog provides articles and insights about remote work in Portugal. We may use anonymized, aggregated data from our newsletter and website to inform blog content topics.

Blog pages may include social sharing buttons. Clicking these buttons will take you to third-party platforms with their own privacy policies.

We maintain a presence on Instagram to share job highlights and remote work tips. If you engage with our social media posts (likes, comments, shares), your interaction is governed by that platform's privacy policy.

We do not collect or store personal data from social media interactions. Any content shared on our social channels is derived from publicly available job listings.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

We keep your email address as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we delete your data within 30 days. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default).
